Your account does not hold staff permissions for PROSPER, so there is nothing to manage here. If you were given an invitation code, redeem it from your account panel on the home page.

Invitation codes
Only the platform owner can create invitation codes. A code grants the chosen staff role to whoever redeems it, once. Codes are stored hashed — a code is shown in full only once, right after you create it.
New invitation code — copy it now, it will not be shown again:

Chat Moderation
Community chat moderation: reported messages, the recent message stream and active sanctions. Mutes up to 24 hours need chat.moderate; longer mutes and chat-bans need chat.ban. Every action is written to the activity log.

DM & group reports (snapshots)
Private conversations stay private. When a member reports a DM or group message, you see a frozen snapshot of that one message — never the conversation itself, and there is no way to open it from here. Act on the author: mutes and chat-bans apply everywhere (public room, DMs and groups share the same sanctions).
